KIDNEY INFECTION FAIL...

i went to bed last night feeling like shit, hoping that i'd sleep it off.. wrong. i woke up feeling worse. ended up going to the doctor (and coz i dont have a community service card it cost me $87 just for the consulation!) had to get some blood work done, and pee into a cup too (haha over share.. opps!) seems i have a kidney infection. nice.

WEEKEND BRAIDS...

went home in the weekend to pick up the rest of my stuff and did SBs hair...

i've got my room now! exciiiiiiting! but i'm so over un-packing :P

EXISTING IN THE STORE-ROOM...

i'm am the current resident of our flat store room. the dude who was in my room moved out today, so DRP informed us but... he didn't leave the key and locked the door. totally pissed at that, but meh. not much i can do. can't wait to get set up though. the bedroom space is amazing. in the meantime, i shall keep existing in the flat store-room.

i've gotten to that gross peely stage. i'm forever changing my linen and washing my clothes. totally not cool mayne.

thank you to my boyf SB that took this photo not to show the ouch factor of my red sunburn, but to highlight the fact that i had heaps of fine hairs on my back which showed up when he sprayed on my neutrogena cooling spray on it..

i'm currently peeling after about a weeks worth of painful nights not being able to sleep on either side (shoulders) or my back. word of advice: wear sunscreen, no matter what colour you are.

2010 IN A NUTSHELL...

- new years was in a dumb place,
but i loved the people which made up for it..

- friend boy and me drove all the way up north to meet the rest of my family.. including my dad.. WIN! ^_^

- j-skywalkers i-pod that has served me so well for so long really won't turn on anymore

- officially moved into my new flat (even tho i'm currently sleeping in the store room lolz.. long story)

- boyf got kicked outta home 'coz of me.. (i told you before, don't date island boys but not only that, don't fall for the ones with traditional families like i did)

- in 6 weeks park road will be no more..

- started post grad study.. i miss my BAVI family more than ever..

- studylink has fucked up my loan stuff.. (again)

- mumzy gifted me an i-touch as a leaving present

- i love the vibe in this city but.. everyone walks around looking so gloomy!

- i need to start back at the gym because i'm not muffining but caking out of my jeans hahahaha

- i bought a pre-paid vodem 'coz the flat doesn't have the internet.. it sucks (totally not mac friendly. fuck you vodahomies)

- i'm secretly in love with drake (that is like so ghetto black girl of me lolz) but seriously "best i ever had" is currently on repeat

- will try my best to blog more often about my inner city blues haha (that's a promise)

FEELING CLOSER TO JESUS...

basically coz my nana bought a kit-set tall boy and wanted me to put it together for. i did, and i felt closer to jesus coz he was like, a carpenter. i couldn't be bothered going outside to the garage to get a hammer so i used one of my nanas glass jars lmao not too bad if i do say so myself.

i got an electric toothbrush from my boyfriend with a note saying i need to stop making excuses and just brush my teeth properly lmao thanks bro!
