1. The year 4/5's in Room 5 that I teach
2. Management staff commenting how beautiful my clothes are and gorgeous the outfits I put together are
3. My visiting lecturer being impressed with the lesson I taught
4. Friendboy visiting for the weekend after 2 weeks of not seeing him
5. Getting two A's for assignments that I'd thought I'd flunked
School Update:
Hate to say it, but.. I heart my kids and I really enjoy teaching. My kids are fabulous. Afew that get silly from time to time, but as a whole not too naughty. Memorable moments include being asked what Moses' last name was (I was teaching the Exodus story) to which another kid offered the answer, "well whatever Jesus' last name is, will be Moses' last name 'coz Jesus came from Moses". I'm on section for 7 weeks, and I've got 3 weeks to go. It's gone by so fast, I'm totally gonna miss my kids!!!
Other Stuff:
We got a new flattie (who's great) 'coz we had to kick out the other one when they accused our flat of stealing $400 from her.. Ummm hard to do when we were all out of the house and in classes. So see ya! hahahaha Slightly annoyed that I can't always blog what I want 'coz I know that the friendboy is a follower and takes offense to things that I have to say about what I'm feeling. Happy that he came down to visit though.
