TOO MUCH TIME.. NOT ENOUGH TIME...
instead of working on my assignment i just re did the tags to my blog. wtf man.
MORE THAN 5...
ok the hectic life i'm leading in bullet pointed form because i've had 3 essays due this week and my headspace is all over the place. i'm suprised i can even string a sentence together.
- i'm stil poor
- handed in 2 of 3 assignments (last one due tomorrow)
- start my teaching experience on monday (and i'm not even allowed to blog about it!)
- went home for the weekend to gain some sanity
- friendboy helped me put together a budget (thank you)
- one of the besties got engaged (yay!)
- got asked to be in her line (double yay)
- have until nov 2011 to get in shape (thats the wedding date)
- still no internet at home (frustrating as fuck)
- joined the gym (zumba body here i come)
- brown friend and ranga friend are more cordial to one another
- introduced my flat to summer heights high
- a year overseas not watching tv = me being addicted to every reality show available
- i have no clothes to wear that are suitable for teaching
- friendboy and i are considering him moving in with me next semester
- i'm going to miss BAVI drinks
- almost forgot my little brothers birthday (and procceded to promise a trip to the wellington zoo)
- made tuna bake for the flat last night (surpsingly it tasted good even though it looked poo)
- got invited to brown friends 21st at lotus bar
- i can't even work out what labels are what on my damn blog
- that's all my brain can cope with at the moment

TOP 5 - FOR THE DAY...
- 9.30am start (instead of the usual 8.30am)
- mint and lamb sausages & coke zero for FREE (held by the maori student association)
- sang a song and scored a free t-shirt and magnet for the flat (at the MSA sausage sizzle lolz)
- made friends with one of the island kids (who are surprisingly nice!)
- learnt how to use DM's espresso machine... Hello! fresh coffee in the morning

REMEMBER THE TITANS...
i'm tryna create some flat unity hahaha (i figured if i can implement shit in my flat, it will be good practice for when i'm in the classroom)
i've named us the torrens tce titans. we even have a hand shake haha. i've made game draws (aka cooking & cleaning rosters) and a team roster (aka contact details for each of the flatties).
there's 5 of us, HM, CM, DM and LS. (the 'm' stands for moose, which is something that just gets added to your name when you enter into the house lolz)
3 girls and 1 dude. 1 of the girls is malaysian and a liberal muslim. she's lovely and said she'd hook us up with english teaching jobs in malaysia if we were ever interested. i feel sorry for the dude coz he's small annoying sometimes and 2 of the girls are a small mean to him too. but i found out that he has adhd so that would explain alot of his odd behaviour. 2 girls are palmy girls' that were lil' 3rd formers when i was in 7th form (lmao @ myself for being the mama in the house) old lady...
