STYLE PASIFIKA 2008 PT.1

ok so westfield style pasifika is a fashion gig that i am still tryna get myself to one day. it is a fashion award event with a distinct south pacific flava. it combines some of new zealand's finest design along with live performance. the showcase a display of new zealand's raw & indigenous style. the show is a mix of traditional and contemporary fashion, music and dance, featuring so many exciting pacific entertainers (it's no wonder why i wanna go!)

it's awesome because it attracts a range of designs from throughout nz, australia and the pacific. designers range from young design students to established labels, high school students to grandmothers. it truly is all inclusive and provide designers with a platform to showcase their talents!

i was meant to go this year (finally!) but plans fell through and i have to wait until it airs on tv :P anyways, enjoy the winners & runners up of each category!
