CHRISTMAS AT THE BEACH...

had a gorgeous christmas lunch in the sun, these random photos were taken in wellyz (oriental parade) on boxing day. you can tell that 4 years of studying photography was put into good use composition wise HAHAHAHAHA!!! i was staggering along after a huge lunch @ parade cafe, not to mention i was wearing all black (totally inappropriate lolz)

i can't ever imagine having a white christmas. why would you want to when the weather is this good? pohutukawa's in full bloom is so pretty. i'm stoked it's all over though. i really hate christmas lolz i can't stand when adults ask "was santa good to you this christmas?" it makes me wanna spew in my own mouth. why the hell would i want a strange white man in a red suit in my house giving me gifts?! hahaha i was never bought up to believe in santa. my family were like, hellz no are we giving someone else credit for all the cool stuff we bought you hahahahahaha.

i reckon christmas is more for little kiddies, which i'm ok with. but for adults? it's just a time to get into debt haha. (not that i did, since i had no job for the first time, so that was my excuse to not give gifts) i didn't even have any art work to give away. unless people wanted essays on postmordernism and how it affects my personal practice. that would be lovely summer reading... (or good to fuel the bon-fire haha)

and then comes new years. i'm not going to the bay anymore, 'coz i can't get back for my flight so i'm staying here. GAYBO! i vowed last year after being a dutiful granddaughter and having a quiet one with my nana (it was the first for her without my granddad) that i'd never spend another new years of my life at home. and HELLO, that's exactly where i'll be. oh well, i'll just go to bed early to get it over and done with haha.

i don't really care. i'm going to VIET-freakin'-NAM on the 3rd of jan, with a week in india during january and a week in bangkok (my fave city in the world) in feb, and then back with money in the baaaaaaaank, for kings of leon in march. yusssss!
